iTaoBuy Spreadsheet Source Orders

Method, sources and the change log

Why an iTaoBuy Spreadsheet guide about seller orders exists, how to judge any catalogue site including this one, and what we could and could not see.

Checked 16 October 2026

Why this iTaoBuy Spreadsheet guide exists

Catalogue sites usually stop at the listing: here is a find, here is the link, good luck. What happens next, the agent buying it for you, is where most problems start, and until October 2025 a buyer at iTaoBuy had no reference for that step. Order Source Tracking changed that, and this guide is built around it.

What we do differently is follow one question through every page: is the seller order the listing you picked? The shelves tell you what to note; the mechanism pages quote the rule for each kind of difference; the match sheet does the comparison. There are no ratings, no rankings and no claims about quality.

Everything rests on iTaoBuy's own published text, read on 16 October 2026, with the gaps named.

Dead links, missing dates: testing a catalogue site

What makes a useful spreadsheet site is a short list of things you can test in a minute. Does each fact carry the date it was checked? Do the links still open, and do they go where the label says? Is there a named operator and an address that answers? Does it say what it could not verify, or does every page sound equally certain?

A site that ranks agents with scores and no method fails the test, and so does one that copies an agent's marketing as fact. Apply the same tests here. Our outbound links were opened on 16 October 2026, every fact has a reading date, the editor's address is at the foot of each page, and the next section lists what we could not see.

If you find a dead link or an out-of-date fact, write to the desk; corrections are logged below.

Sources, reading dates and what stayed out of reach

The sources, in order of weight: iTaoBuy's help centre articles, including Shopping Information, the return policy and the Terms of Use; its notices and banner articles; the interface text shipped in itaobuy.com's code, which carries the labels of pages we could not open; the order and product forms open to a logged-out visitor; the UK company register; and the two app store listings.

What stayed out of reach: a real order details page, product pages, the custom photo prices, the Modify Price dialog and the checkout fee breakdown, all behind the login. Where we describe them, we say the description comes from interface text or from iTaoBuy's example screens.

The example screens themselves are a 2025 demo account; we mask their reference numbers and say so in each caption.

Edition record and review dates

This is the first edition, and this change log starts with it. The table records what was checked and when the time-sensitive parts are due for another look. Exchange rates and shipping quotes age fastest, so they get the shortest interval; the Order Source Tracking notice and the service table are stable documents and get the longest.

When a fact changes we update the page, keep the old wording in this log with its date, and change the reading date at the top of the page. We do not change dates on pages we have not rechecked.

Promotions are not tracked, because we do not publish them. Corrections sent by readers are logged here too, with the date we checked them against iTaoBuy's own page; a correction we cannot confirm from a source stays out until we can.

The editorial desk, its referral link and its address

This guide is written and maintained by an independent editorial guide at itaobuyfind.com. It is not iTaoBuy and does not speak for it. The sign-up link at the foot of each page carries a referral code, so an account opened through it may earn us a commission; that does not change what we write, and we publish no ratings to be bought.

Write to [email protected] with corrections, dead links or a rule that has changed. Say which page and which sentence, and where you saw the newer wording. Include a source that can be checked; this contact route is for editorial corrections, not order support.

We cannot see your iTaoBuy account or help with an order directly; for that, use iTaoBuy's chat or an order inquiry.
