Notices that touched the ordering side
iTaoBuy posts dozens of notices a year. A handful changed how an order is placed or checked; these are the ones, with dates and what each says.

Documents that changed ordering, with their dates
iTaoBuy publishes a steady stream of official announcements: shipping updates, holiday schedules, promotions. Only a few changed how an order is placed or checked. The Shopping Information table, last updated 27 March 2025, set the times for each ordering step. The Fill&Buy notice of 25 July 2025 made hand-typed orders the route for listings that would not open.
The Order Source Tracking notice of 15 October 2025 put the seller order's transaction ID on every order. A new feature notice on 12 August 2026 added a paid, per-item purchasing service. And the Terms of Use, whose clauses 8.4 and 8.5 govern cancelled and repriced orders, were last edited on 31 August 2026.
Each date is the creation or update time iTaoBuy's own help system attaches to the document.
Notices that are not where you expect
The notice list on itaobuy.com had 86 entries when we read it on 16 October 2026. The Order Source Tracking notice is not one of them, and neither is the Fill&Buy notice. Both live among the site's banner articles, which open through the help centre's detail page and can be reached by a direct address.
So if you search the notice list for the Original Order ID feature, you will not find it. Use the direct link: Order Source Tracking notice. The Fill&Buy notice works the same way.
The notice list itself is still worth a look before you order, mainly for shipping changes and holiday closures that delay purchasing.
Wording that differs between documents
Three pairs of words describe the same thing differently, and knowing them saves a confused chat. The notice speaks of an Original Transaction ID; the order page and interface text say Original Order ID. The navigation says Fill&Buy; the app tile and the product page button say Fill & Buy.
The third pair is about speed. The tips on the order page in iTaoBuy's 2025 example screen describe an Express Response service with processing “within 1 hour after submission”, while Priority Purchase, launched on 12 August 2026, costs ¥5 per GI and promises purchase within 5 working hours after payment, with the fee refunded if that is missed.
Neither notice says whether the newer service replaced the older one. Ask before paying for either.
Where buyers talk about iTaoBuy
iTaoBuy runs its own community channels, and those are the only ones we list: a Discord server, the Reddit community r/itaobuyshare, and accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, all gathered on a Linktree page. A floating Discord prompt on iTaoBuy's own pages advertises weekly coupons there.
We do not summarise what buyers say there. Threads change daily, and a summary would be our impression, not a fact. If you go, look for posts that show an order page next to warehouse photos; those are the ones that say something about source orders.

Offers we leave off this site
Promotions run for days or weeks: a seasonal event, a shipping discount for a month, a coupon tied to your registration date. By the time a page like this is read, most have changed. We do not list amounts or codes, and we do not treat a promotion as a reason to choose a listing.
If you want them, the notice list and the Discord are where iTaoBuy posts them, each with its own end date. Read the conditions before you plan an order around one; a discount on shipping does not change what the seller order should contain.
The same goes for sign-up offers. The registration page advertises a coupon pack; we link to sign-up, but the terms of the pack are iTaoBuy's to state.
